1. Current Status, Position

Chief Executive Officer/Chief Marketing Officer (CEO/CMO) of CHU-UCL Mont Godinne.

2. Education

  • MD – Master in cardiology – Master in Hospital management (Université catholique de Louvain- UCL)
  • Head of the nuclear medicine department, then associate CEO.
  • Since 1990, CEO of CHU UCL Mont Godinne, one of the two university hospitals of UCL, and president of the faculty of public healthcare and of the réseau santé Louvain (40 hospitals associated to UCL).

3. Research Area

Being CEO of a 500 beds University Hospital, he has always been attracted by new management approaches. Since 2009, he has been initiating the lean management using an institutional global approach in his hospital.
