Current position
Prof. Dr. Kathleen Vangronsvelt
is currently a professor of Organisational Behavior, HRM and Global Leadership at Antwerp Management School. She leads the Well-being Works research and Learning Network Well-being Horizons. She teaches in the Masters in Management, Masters in Global Management and Masters in People & Change Management.

Education
Kathleen studied Organisational psychology at the University of Leuven and became an organizational psychologist in 2003. She also graduated with magna cum laude that year from the Teacher training KU Leuven. In 2008 she graduated from the Postgraduate Mediation (KU Leuven). In 2019 she obtained a PhD in Business Economics at the University of Leuven on “Enacting personal values in the workplace: exploring the social liability of being authentic at work”.

Research area
Prof. Dr. Kathleen Vangronsvelt’s research focuses on realizing individuals’ potential in a work context and spans topics such as well-being, values and authenticity at work, leadership, enabling diversity in teams and strategic HRM. Before her academic career, Kathleen worked as an Human Resources Professionals in various industries. The combination of experience in business and academia enables her to translate a wealth of scientific knowledge into hands-on insights and workable solutions.
