The EAHP Board, elected for three-year terms, oversees the association’s activities. Comprising directors responsible for core functions, it meets regularly to implement strategic goals. Supported by EAHP staff, the Board controls finances, coordinates congress organization, and ensures compliance with statutes and codes of conduct.

Abstract
In this workshop, the themes introduced in Keynote 1 will be developed through the medium of hands on exercises, giving participants the opportunity to experience first-hand elements of human factors and the relevance to their own personal professional practice.
An appreciation of personality types contributes to improved communication, team working and leadership. Understanding how individuals process information and what their personal strengths and weaknesses are, may improve collective efficiency and outputs.
There are many personality type indicators such as Myers-Briggs; Belbin, Hartman colour personality profile are such examples. In this workshop one such system will be explored and how it impacts on team working.
Learning Objectives
After the workshop, participants should be able to:
• recognise how we perceive the world around us and react to it;
• describe components of foundation management knowledge;
• practice team building skills in the context of hospital pharmacy.
