At the EAHP Congress 2025 in Copenhagen, the Young Professional Session brought together early-career hospital pharmacists from across Europe for an inspiring and interactive experience.

This dedicated session focused on the challenges and opportunities faced by young professionals in hospital pharmacy. Through engaging presentations, open discussions, and real-life case sharing, participants explored topics such as leadership in clinical practice, interprofessional collaboration, and innovation in patient care.

The session also highlighted success stories from young pharmacists making a difference in their institutions, encouraging peer learning and international exchange.

More than just a learning experience, the Young Professinal Session continues to be a space for networking, empowerment, and shaping the future of hospital pharmacy together.
