Our vision is the personalized pharmacotherapy. We aim for better health care with no adverse reactions tailored to the patient. With respect to this vision we are currently working on the MwPharm genetic module to adjust the drug models to different metabolizers.

The main products of MEDIWARE, Inc. are MwPharm++, Edsim++, Online MwPharm++, Online MwPharm Calculator and MwPharm Revision System. This project is included in the concept of the E-Health project for personalized medicine and optimal pharmacotherapy.

MwPharm++ is a clinical pharmacokinetic software. It is used primarily to establish proper dosing regimen which is determined both by the population PK parameters from the MwPharm++ drug database and based on individual patient physiological parameters.

The software can simulate and optimize the PK parameters by curve-fitting them to the measured data which enables to redefine the dosage regimen. MwPharm is an efficient TDM tool that is used to conveniently arrange and easily visualize the pharmacokinetic data. By using MwPharm, it is possible to improve the drug prescription quality, prevent patient intoxication, prevent patient under dosage, reduce the number of plasma drug concentration measurements, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the costs of the healthcare.
