How do I register?

Registrations are open HERE since 1st August 2023 and you are able to choose either Individual or Group registration. There is a special rate for students who are willing to attend the 28th EAHP Congress: Sustainable healthcare – Opportunnities & strategies.

What about Young Professionals?

The young professional rate applies to a person who finished within the past 2 years* his/her master of pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences education. As proof of this, the participant must provide a copy of his/her diploma signed and stamped by his/her university and indicating the month/year of graduation. The application for the young professional fee is not valid until approved by the EAHP Secretariat.

*within the past 2 years prior to the 28th EAHP Congress taking place. No later than 22 March 2022

IMPORTANT NOTICES

** Note that the student rate applies only for undergraduate students of pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences under 35 years old. As proof of this, the participant must provide an official document signed and stamped by his/her university certifying that he/she is a full-time undergraduate student studying to complete a bachelor/master degree to become a pharmacist or a bachelor/master of pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences. The letter shall also include the month/year that the participant started your courses.

We require these documents be sent within 2 working days of the Registration being done. Alternatively, while the registered Student is waiting for said documents to be provided by their University, they are requested to send a photo of their current Student Card (Recto-Verso).

The application for a student fee is not valid until approved by the EAHP Secretariat. Before registering for the student fee, please check the requirements HERE.

Hospital residents are not entitled to the student rate and shall register under the Hospital Pharmacy Specialization Resident Student rate.

You have to be a student at the time of the Congress.

All the EAHP team is working on providing a Forum that can help connect all the members in Conversations and Groups to talk about important matters for the European Hospital Pharmacist.

The Forum will be accessible for all the EAHP members, you don’t have to create a new account to browse and participate.

Conversations and groups

The Conversations will be moderated by our team to provide documents and relevant topics for the community.

The Groups will connect all members that share a category. Members who work on the same assocation, on the same hospital, that have the same role, etc.
