1. Current Status, Position

Dr. Falko Schüllner is currently a hospital pharmacist at Tirol Kliniken Hospital Pharmacy in Innsbruck (AT). He is the representative director of the Tirol Kliniken Hospital Pharmacy, Qualified Person and Responsible Person for GDP. He is in authority over the department Quality Assurance in the Hospital Pharmacy.

2. Education

Dr. Falko Schüllner studied Pharmacy at the University of Innsbruck and became licensed pharmacist in 2000. In 2002 he obtained a PhD in pharmaceutical chemistry at the University of Innsbruck for his work on Synthesis on biological evaluation of 14-Alkoxymorphinanes. From 2007 until 2009 he completed an additional education as an approved Hospital Pharmacist (aHPh). In 2015 he became the Representative Director of the Tirol Kliniken Hospital Pharmacy and Responsible Person for GDP. In 2019 he got the confirmation to perform the task as a Qualified Person.

3. Research Area

Dr. Falko Schüllner’s research focuses on quality assurance topics in connection with the activities of the Tirol Kliniken Hospital Pharmacy. He is also collaborating with internal departments and external institutions on the field of hazardous medicinal products.
