1. Current Status, Position

Ms Parisa Mirbod (Master in Pharmacy (MPharm)) is a Senior Quality Pharmacist at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and a member of the senior management team of the pharmacy department which has over 90 staff.

During her professional career Parisa Mirbod accrued considerable experience in the pharmaceutical industry on quality assurance and quality management system. She has contributed to the design and introduction of QMS within hospitals in the health service in the U.K. and has presented nationally and internationally on this subject. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of EAHP, Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, General Pharmaceutical Council and Pharmacy Quality Group.

2. Education

Ms Parisa Mirbod is a Qualified Pharmacist (MPharm – Master in Pharmacy) from Aston University, currently working towards her DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) in Quality Management System at Aston University Business School. She is a trainee QP (Qualified Person) where she has completed all her modules at University College of London, and an IRCA Certified Lead QMS Auditor, Trained by NSF.
