1. Current Status, Position

Mr Matthew Aiello (LPC (Law), LLB Law, BA Ancient History) currently is Programme Manager.

He started his career with commercial projects and then programme management. Following a successful career within the entertainment and music industry – as programme manager, A&R and venue management he qualified in law and worked within a criminal defence team from 2005 – 2012. He joined Health Education England as a project manager, leading project development for the Emergency Medicine Taskforce programme since 2012. He has built a successful programme of innovative workforce transformation projects and was leading regional and national projects across a range of clinical professions.

2. Education

Mr Matthew Aiello has an MA in Media Production and undergraduate degrees in Law (LLB Hons) and Archaeology & Ancient History (BA Hons). He has professional qualifications in Programme and Project Management (MSP and PRINCE2) as well as editorial and peer review, abstract and poster credits as primary and co-author.

3. Research Area

Mr Matthew Aiello’s work focusses on clinical workforce transformation in Urgent, Acute and Emergency Medicine, across primary, community and secondary care. His programme has, to date included roles such as: General Practice Doctors, Staff Grade and Associate Specialist Doctors, EM Consultants, Pharmacists, Physician Associates, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Paramedics, Nursing. Matthew Aiello’s work includes research, development, pilot delivery, strategic planning and evaluation of education and training solutions to address workforce challenges.

The Forum will be accessible for all the EAHP members, you don’t have to create a new account to browse and participate.

The Groups will connect all members that share a category. Members who work on the same assocation, on the same hospital, that have the same role, etc.
