Mrs Malin Holmqvist (Master of clinical pharmacy) currently is a clinical pharmacist at Region Jönköping county since 2007.

2. Education

Mrs Malin Holmqvist has obtained a Master of pharmacy in 1995 (Uppsala university Uppsala) and a Master of clinical pharmacy in 2007 (Uppsala university Uppsala). She also completed a Patient Safety program in 2007 (KTH Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm).

3. Research Area

Mrs Malin Holmqvist’s work focuses on patient safety in medication management. She works part time as a clinical pharmacist in a county hospital but has just finished one year as a clinical pharmacist in home care. Malin Holmqvist also works with patient safety in medication management for her county. This autumn she hopefully will start as an PhD student at Jönköping university with focus on medication management in transfer from one care giver to another and patient involvement.
