The EAHP Board, elected for three-year terms, oversees the association’s activities. Comprising directors responsible for core functions, it meets regularly to implement strategic goals. Supported by EAHP staff, the Board controls finances, coordinates congress organization, and ensures compliance with statutes and codes of conduct.

1. Current Status, Position
Pharmacist – PICU/Clinical Lead.
2. Education
Ms Isaac studied as undergraduate and post graduate clinical diploma at the Welsh School of Pharmacy, University of Wales College of Cardiff. She enjoyed her early career training at University Hospital of Wales before embarking on an adventure pursuing clinical pharmacy career in neonates and paediatrics in Sydney, Australia. On return she started work as PICU pharmacist and Clinical Lead in Birmingham Children’s Hospital (BCH) where she gained her prescribing qualifications. Since working in BCH, a multitude of opportunities to work with many disciplines and other hospitals have arisen. Her interest in Patient Safety has been augmented by working as part of the PICU Safety Group.
3. Research Area
Her areas of interest include paediaitrcs, critical care, IV therapy and as a result of these complex areas medication risk minimization. Pharmacokinetics is area of increasing research in her portfolio.
