Current position
Hayley Berry is an experienced pharmacist prescriber. She has a background in community pharmacy and general practice. Hayley now works for CPPE at the University of Manchester as a Lead learning development pharmacist and also has a menopause specialist pharmacist role at a private menopause clinic. Hayley has a keen interest in women’s health including contraception, sexual health and the menopause.
Education
Hayley has a Master of Pharmacy degree and qualified as a pharmacist in 2003, she has since undertaken her prescribing qualification making her an independent pharmacist prescriber. Hayley holds a Masters in Clinical Education and she is currently working towards her Education Doctorate at the University of Leeds focusing on menopause training and education for pharmacy professionals. Hayley is also a British Menopause Society registered menopause specialist.
Research area
Hayley is passionate about women’s health. she completed her Masters in public health pharmacy focusing on contraception supply through community pharmacy and is now completing her EdD with a focus on menopause education and training for pharmacy professionals.
