1. Current Status, Position

Prof Olivia Dalleur is an Assistant Professor at the Clinical Pharmacy research group of the Louvain Drug Research Institute at Université catholique de Louvain. She is currently a Hospital Pharmacist at Cliniques Universitaires St Luc and is responsible of clinical trials and clinical pharmacy activities.

2. Education

Prof Olivia Dalleur studied pharmacy at the Université catholique de Louvain. She obtained a complementary master in hospital pharmacy (2006) and another in clinical pharmacy (2007). In 2013, she obtained a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences at the Université catholique de Louvain for her work on appropriateness of prescribing in older patients. In 2014, she joined the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (Harvard Medical School) as a post-doc fellow to study medication safety.

3. Research Area

Prof Olivia Dalleur research focuses on appropriateness of prescribing in ederly and at risk patients on prevention of drug-related admission.
