The EAHP Board, elected for three-year terms, oversees the association’s activities. Comprising directors responsible for core functions, it meets regularly to implement strategic goals. Supported by EAHP staff, the Board controls finances, coordinates congress organization, and ensures compliance with statutes and codes of conduct.

- Health Technology Assessment (HTA) on medical devices: analysis of the efficacy, safety, economic and organizational implications of medical devices and pharmaceuticals;
- Regional level: HTA reports production for the Regional Commission on Medical Devices of the Region Veneto;
- National level: Collaboration in the Italian Network for Health Technology Assessment (RIHTA) coordinated by the National Agency for the Health Care System (Agenas) by the production of HTA reports and by answering to questionnaires on specific topics;
- European level: Collaboration in the European Network for Health Technology Assessment (EUnetHTA): Rapid Relative Effectiveness Assessments (REA) on Pharmaceuticals, Work Package 5 and Common Core Protocol production for Additional Evidence Generation, Work Package 7 (work in progress);
- Collaboration in monitoring the regional medical device vigilance system;
- Other passed activities: Collaborator as drug preparer in research projects and clinical trials, Hospital of Padua and drug supply at the hospital level, Hospital of Piove di Sacco, Padua and Hospital of Dolo, Venice.
