January’s edition of the European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy includes an editorial on antibiotics, and original articles on: the economic value of pharmacy-led medicines reconciliation at admission to hospital; lean methodology to improve parenteral chemotherapy and monoclonal antibody documentation processes; and, an evaluation of the financial benefits of employing a mental health pharmacist to work with child and adolescent mental health services, among others. The edition also contains a case report on efficacy and safety of direct-acting antiviral agents when combined with secukinumab.
