1. Current Status, Position

Dr Kornelia Chrapkova currently is Lead Clinical Pharmacist of Clinical Pharmacy Department and Medicine Information Centre of the Hospital Pharmacy, Chief Deputy Pharmacist of the Hospital Pharmacy at Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague, Member of Scientific Committee of EAHP.

2004 – 2008 Specilization Degree in Hospital Pharmacy, Institute for Postgraduate Education, Prague, Czech Republic
2009 – 2011 Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, University of Sunderland, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Sunderland, Great Britain
2012 – 2017 PharmD, Faculty of Pharmacy, Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovakia  

3. Research Area

Dr Kornelia Chrapkova is responsible for the development of the newly established Clinical Pharmacy Department and the Medicine information Centre. She is also responsible for the implementation of clinical pharmacy services in the hospital, with a special interest in antibiotic policy and transplant medicine. Member of the Drug committee of the hospital. Member of the TDM (therapeutic drug monitoring) hospital team. Lecturer at the Institute for Postgraduate Education.
