Abstract
This year’s Young Professionals session will focus on the impact and role of technology in shaping the careers and practices of hospital pharmacists.
Across Europe, the new generation of healthcare professionals is entering a rapidly changing environment, where digital tools, artificial intelligence, e-learning, and remote collaboration have become essential parts of daily work. For young hospital pharmacists, these technologies are not only instruments for efficiency, but also drivers of innovation, learning, and new forms of professional interaction.
In this session, members of the EAHP Early Career Network (ECN) and the EAHP Scientific Committee will share their experiences and perspectives on how technology transforms and shapes their professional development and daily practice. The discussion will highlight opportunities such as enhanced access to education, digital networking, and data-driven decision-making, while also reflecting on the challenges—information overload, maintaining human interaction, and ensuring ethical use of digital tools.
This conference will provide an interactive platform for young professionals to exchange ideas, compare national experiences, and envision how technology can strengthen the role of hospital pharmacists in a future European healthcare landscape.

Join the Young Professionals Session to explore how technology is shaping the future of our profession!
