Current position
Greta Scapinello is currently a Hematologist at Padua University Hospital, with a special focus on lymphoproliferative disorders. She participates in the clinical research activities both as principal investigator (PI) and sub investigator. Greta also cooperates in the internal educational program.
Education
Greta studied Medicine at Padua University (and Heidelberg University through Erasmus program) and obtained her Master degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2015. In 2020 she gained the specialization in Hematology and completed her PhD in “Clinical and experimental Oncology and Immunology” at Padua University in 2023. Greta also attended a II level Master in “Diagnosis and treatment of lymphoproliferative disorders” at University of Trieste and a II level Master in “Clinical research, open innovation and market access” at University Campus Biomedico (Rome).
Research area
Dr. Scapinello’s research is focused on lymphoproliferative disorders, both in the biological setting and in clinical research; in latest years she had the opportunity to participate into clinical trials both as PI and as sub investigator.
