The EAHP Board, elected for three-year terms, oversees the association’s activities. Comprising directors responsible for core functions, it meets regularly to implement strategic goals. Supported by EAHP staff, the Board controls finances, coordinates congress organization, and ensures compliance with statutes and codes of conduct.

1. Current Status, Position
Since 2013 Anne-Marie de Ferran serves as the QPPV Office Head within the Sanofi’s Global Pharmacovigilance department.
2. Education
Anne-Marie de Ferran is qualified as Pharm D with a doctorate degree in pharmacy and graduated in pharmaceutical sciences. She also obtained a Master’s degree of pharmaceutical law.
Anne-Marie de Ferran has been working for over twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry, and spent the largest part of her career in pharmacovigilance. She has held global pharmacovigilance leader roles, and led PV teams in charge of maintaining an operating model ensuring sustainable compliance and robust quality system for pharmacovigilance (main accountabilities: quality, training, compliance, partner contractual agreements, safety reporting activities and inspection readiness).
She is involved in several external collaborations, such as IMI projects (public-private scientific consortium). Anne-Marie is also Teacher and Program Faculty of DIA training, and at medicine and Pharmacy University Paris V and Paris XI.
Anne-Marie de Ferran has driven several reorganizations and led major integration projects.
