The EAHP Board, elected for three-year terms, oversees the association’s activities. Comprising directors responsible for core functions, it meets regularly to implement strategic goals. Supported by EAHP staff, the Board controls finances, coordinates congress organization, and ensures compliance with statutes and codes of conduct.
1. Current Status, Position
Cheryl McKay (MBA, BSc) is the Managing Director of KayHill Consulting, a team of experience healthcare consultants with a track record of supporting difficult change in organisations and individuals. KayHill currently supports the EAHP with the implementation of the hospital pharmacy statements.

3. Research area
Miss McKay is a change & transformation specialist working across public, private and non-profit sectors, leading and managing multi million pound change programmes across people, systems and processes. Cheryl and her team have developed a change tool that helps support individuals and organisations through these changes. She also presents at conferences and facilitates workshops on change. Her topics of interest are in business change, leadership, quality improvement and people development.
