Dr van Goor recentely retired as a full professor in logistics & supply chain management

2. Education

 

  • 1972: MSc in Business Economics Groningen University, Netherlands;
  • 1984: PHd in Business Economics Groningen University, Netherlands;
  • 1992-2012: Full professor in logistics & supply chain management VU University Amsterdam.

3. Research Area

  • Healthcare logistics, Distribution logistics, Retail logistics, Supply Chain Logistics;
  • Applicated research on healthcare logistics ( goods & patients) in a lot of hospitals, facilitated by wholesalers, logistics service providers and healthcare manufacturers.
