EAHP announcement – 25th EAHP Anniversary Congress – New dates!

 

Dear EAHP Congress Participants and Sponsors,

The 25th EAHP Anniversary Congress was postponed due to a force majeure situation and has been rescheduled to 24-26 March 2021 to take place in Vienna, Austria.

EAHP took many things into consideration regarding the postponement, with safety being the number one priority. In addition, it is most probable that many hospital pharmacists and other healthcare professionals will not be permitted to attend events this year as all hospitals will either still be caring for patients infected by COVID-19 along with all patients in general or recovering from the pandemic that has affected us all in some way. All healthcare professionals are on the front line of this pandemic and we thank them for their tireless efforts to heal those affected.

• Registrations already paid for will not be refunded but will be transferred to the Vienna congress. We understand that staff and participants you may have sponsored could change and EAHP will not be charging name change fees for those already registered and paid. This gives you the opportunity to invite/substitute/transfer the registrations to others should the original participant(s) registered be unable to attend in Vienna. You may also add new participants to your current group registration.
• The program theme and topics will remain the same with the exception of adding some relevant new session topics.
• Although EAHP as a non-profit organisation will suffer a devasting financial set-back, we value the continued support of our sponsors and our participants which is why we are rolling over all funds received this year to the postponed congress taking place in Vienna.
