| Tuesday, 12 November 2024 | Authors will be advised of their abstract status after the first review |
| Tuesday, 19 November 2024 | Modifications due from abstract authors who were requested to make changes |
| Tuesday, 26 November 2024 | Authors will be advised of their abstract status after review of modifications |
| Friday, 06 December 2024 | Deadline for Accepted Abstract to notify EAHP they do NOT want be included in the published EJHP (European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy) (Deadline, 23h59 CET) |
| Friday, 13 January 2025 | Accepted Abstracts will receive an email with: Abstract Title and Text edit, new Abstract/Poster Number and QR Code |
| Friday, 07 February 2025 | Accepted Abstract/Poster Authors to be registered and have confirmed attendance to the EAHP Congress 2025, to be guaranteed a Poster Panel at the Congress (Deadline, 23h59 CET) |
| Friday, 07 February 2025 | Accepted Abstract Authors to be registered and have confirmed attendance to the EAHP Congress 2025, in order to be included in the Abstract Book (Deadline, 23h59 CET) |
| Friday, 07 February 2025 | Accepted Abstract Posters to be sent to EAHP in PDF format for inclusion in order to be included on the Online Abstract Poster Wall (Deadline, 23h59 CET) |
