The EAHP Board, elected for three-year terms, oversees the association’s activities. Comprising directors responsible for core functions, it meets regularly to implement strategic goals. Supported by EAHP staff, the Board controls finances, coordinates congress organization, and ensures compliance with statutes and codes of conduct.

Since the last Board Meeting…
EAHP's medicines shortages report is 98% finished with all content written and final presentation design tweaks and changes now being made. The final version will be availabe to view on this page by the end of Tuesday 16th September.
EJHP have provided a reasonable quote for printing. Efforts to secure an MEP willing to host a launch event are ongoing, with the most current MEP we are trying with being Nessa Childers from the Republic of Ireland. MEPs have complained of the very busy period around Commission hearings etc preventing distraction. We hope to have a sponsoring MEP and launch date confirmed by the time of the Board Meeting however.
The Board meeting provides an opportunity to discuss the launch activities further, as well as revisit progress on other shortages related activities discussed over the summer Skype calls including developing European definitions, and feeding into the PGEU-EFPIA-EGA-GIRP-AESGP-EAEPC position paper.
