0900 – 09.15                [Joint session with Working Group 2 until 1030] Welcome and introduction to day

0915 – 09:50              Presentation and discussion about the CTF and Quality Management Systems 

0950 – 10:00              The CTF project and the 2016, 2017 EAHP Congress and Academy Seminar programmes

10:30 – 11:00              COFFEE BREAK

1100 – 12:30              Preparing for roll out of national level communications of CTF plans in 2016, including:

–       prospective consultation exercise

–       toolkits for members (including messaging for different national stakeholder audiences

–       other 2016 initiatives and timeline points 

1230-1330                  LUNCH

1330-1430                  Communication activity associated with the March 2016 EAHP Congress in Vienna, including:

–       EAHP member workshop

–       Invitations and meetings with Competent Authorities

–       Key messages and timelines

 

1430-1530                  [Joint session with Working Group 2 until 1530] Other matters, including:

–       General CTF political context update from EAHP secretariat, including reports of meetings and planned meetings

–       PharQA

–       ESCO – European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations

–       Reflection on any further evidence collection activities

–       Commission Mutual Evaluation exercise

–       European Professional Card

EAHP Forum

All the EAHP team is working on providing a Forum that can help connect all the members in Conversations and Groups to talk about important matters for the European Hospital Pharmacist.

The Forum will be accessible for all the EAHP members, you don’t have to create a new account to browse and participate.

Conversations and groups

The Conversations will be moderated by our team to provide documents and relevant topics for the community.

The Groups will connect all members that share a category. Members who work on the same assocation, on the same hospital, that have the same role, etc.
