On the basis of these reports and the engagement of participants Neal Maskrey and Helen Stubbs came up with the following structure for round 2 (which avoids duplications and focuses on Sections were not a lot of input was received in the first round).

The second round of Delphi opened on 3rd April. It will close on 23rd April at midnight.

Currently, only 25 participants started to contribute. Synmind (the system provider) reported that not everyone of these participants has scored all statements.
