Status of EAHP Summit video
A secondary purpose of the European Summit on Hospital Pharmacy has been to draw attention to, and raise public awareness of, hospital pharmacy and its offer to the patient and European health systems.
Accordingly, to address the issue of many members of the public having a small conception of the role of the hospital pharmacist, or even a visual mental impression of the profession, EAHP secretariat has worked with Brussels agency Fleishmann Hillard, and London studio Brickwall, to produce an animated video in order to:
a) create a fresh, engaging narrative story of what the hospital pharmacist is, their role in the health system; and
b) to provide a tool with longevity for members to spread awareness of what hospital pharmacy is within their own countries.
The video is available on youtube here.
