• Council Meeting in December: LB attended. No feedback was shared.
• FIP Awards in recognition of excellence 2023: EAHP will not share nominee.
• FIP Awards in recognition of excellence 2023: EAHP will not share nominee.
• FIP Statements 2023/24: Board members came forward for all 5 statements. EAHP’s nominees will be submitted to FIP next week.

Exchange on single unit dose barcoding (EFPIA)

• @ AS & DKP – how would you like to proceed? “EFPIA is asking the EAHP Board to mandate a group of EAHP experts to develop the guide with EFPIA members. In order to ensure that the resources to be invested in this joint work are not wasted, EFPIA would like to ensure that those experts who will work on both sides have a clear mandate to deliver a common guide and that the final work outcomes will not be put into question by both organisations.”
• @ DKP – which survey did you refer to? The EAHP Investigation? “Darija also informed us that EAHP would launch a survey among EAHP members to understand the level of readiness for hospital bed scanning (including differences between countries) as well their needs and that the survey results would be available by November. Would it be possible to get some feedback on the survey results?”

Collaboration sessions at future EAHP congresses
@ AS – did you already talk about this topic with Thomas/Gunar? Last year you promised collaboration sessions to the following organisations EFCCA, EANM and ESCMID (also in the MoU with them). You also mentioned this to EFIC and PCNE during the meetings with them.

EDQM communication survey (13/01)
Do we want to help shape EDQM’s upcoming four-year strategy (2024-2027) (see HERE)? The survey opened a while ago, but EDQM only mentioned it to us earlier this week when the deadline was extended.

[INTERREG] Cross-border pharmaceutical cooperation project
@ AS – how would you like to proceed with the letter that was shared with you on 3/1? The project organisers would like to meet on 9/1 from 2.30 to 4.00 PM in Lille (or virtually).
