The outreach to WGs/steering committee members is almost completed. GML will give an update during the policy call.

FIP exchanges & next meetings

FIP Congress – @ AS & AB – did you have time to review the nomination forms for our speaker suggestions?
FIP awards – All external information (CV RF/picture RF & 3 letters of support) was collected. The only thing missing is the concise statement summarizing the reasons why and how the nominee meets the selection criteria for this award (see draft HERE). Do you have any feedback?
FIP vaccination survey – No feedback was received from FIP. Do you want me to actively follow up?

SIG HMP – final documents

The SIG concluded its work. The deliverables (comprehensive report, recommendations (included in the report, guidance & educational piece) are ready and the article for the EJHP is being worked on. The SIG’s ToR states the following “The SIG reports to the President of EAHP. All deliverables remain confidential until approved for release. Depending on the nature of the deliverables, the President may delegate their revision and approval to the entire Board of EAHP, Board members responsible for a specific topic or another body within EAHP, such as the Education Executive Committee.”
@ AS – can the deliverables be shared this week with the Board for approval of the text?
Should the guidance be published with the report or only after the GA together with the position paper?

Medical devices – cybersecurity

TIC Council reached out with a Position paper on cybersecurity of medical devices in Europe. This triggered a discussion among the leads on cybersecurity of medical devices. AB would like to hear the opinion of PH & AS on the importance of EAHP engaging in discussion on cybersecurity of medical devices.

President’s guest invitations

EAFP and EMA won’t be traveling to Vienna. EDQM still needs to wait until early March to take a final decision about travel.
@ AS – EMA would like to meet virtually on 24th March (same timeslot as for the face-to-face meeting). Would that work for you?
@ AS – Lilian (EAFP) asked for another exchange opportunity. I would suggest scheduling a virtual meeting after congress. Any date/time suggestions?
Meetings were confirmed by ASHP, ESCP, EANM, EFCCA (time changed to EAFP slot), EPSA, Mahmoud (Egypt).
Waiting for feedback from PGEU, ESOP, EFCCA, ESCIMID, ECPC and the other two international organisations.
