1) CTF

Roadmap
GML is working on the different roadmap tasks throughout February.

WGs
The face-to-face meeting of WG1 has been cancelled. WG1 will organise several GoToMeeting calls in the coming weeks to progress its work.
AB and GML will get together by phone to discuss the next steps for WG3.

Mailing about registration of specialisation
GML shared an update on the registration of specialisations last week.

2) Policy updates

Meeting with Health Commissioner

• Waiting for cabinet to propose date for meeting. @ AB would these dates work for you? 12th March and/or 1st, 2nd, 3rd April. They work for PH and AS.

FMD

• Aggregation will be the key topic for the FMD leads.
• EAHP has been tasked to work on a survey together with PGEU and HOPE to collect feedback on the scope of aggregation required by end users.

Medicines Shortages

• 2019 Medicines Shortages Survey
  1st draft was shared last Friday with leads (deadline for comments 20th February). Once comments have been implemented MA will develop the InDesign version of the document which will be shared with the rest of the Board for comments. @ PH – would it be ok for you if SK works on the foreword for the President?
• Event with Affordable Medicines Europe/GIRP/EPHA in the EP
  Meeting will take place on 18th March (16.00 to 18.00). PP will join on behalf of EAHP.
• 2019 Medicines Shortages Survey – Launch event 
  HKO is still following up with MEP Knotek. The 27th of April seems to be difficult. @ AB – which other dates would be feasible? In case we don’t get confirmation from him this week, we will have to cancel the launch since it would otherwise not be feasible to organise this in the European Parliament.

Procurement

• Event with authorities on 28th April
  15 confirmations have been received. 2 are still pending. Leads and AS will have a call on Friday to discuss the agenda. 

PGEU

• SK will work with Jan De Belie on the MoU in the coming weeks. @ PH and AB are there any specific points that should be put in?

ESA Summit

• Note, the 1st day will not be held in the EP. SK will reach out the Usman Khan (EPF) to check with him if PH and Usman can also meet in the Committee of the Regions.
• Helen reached out to PH regarding the Declaration. Can she use the following: “The European Association of Hospital Pharmacists, President, Dr Petr Horák, MSc”?

Preparation of position papers for GA

• Compounding: Call to be set up with leads.
• Patient Safety: First draft being developed.

ESOP

• SK is finalising the notes from the meeting. Are the following takeaways from the meeting ok? Shortages (EAHP will take the lead; paper/document should be developed that outlines actions that both organisations can take) | Hazardous drugs (ESOP will take the lead and involve/regularly update EAHP) | Biosimilars (no specific action item) | educational programmes (EAHP and ESOP to update each other regularly on the progress of their respective programmes) | Statements (ESOP offered to share proposals how Statements could be ‘promoted’ more at national/local level) | ECCO membership (EAHP will not become member | EAHP can engage in ECCO via ESOP) | Relationship (MoU should be drafted + joint session at ESOP’s upcoming congress in Malta)

4) Congress

Members’ meeting and FMD meeting
@ PH do you have suggestions for the slides? GML is in particular interested in knowing what should be included in the Statement slides. For CTF it was discussed with JDG during the last staff meeting to be firm.

President’s Guest meetings
Changes will have to be made to the meeting schedule (see comments in red below). UEHP can no longer attend. At what time should the meeting with Leonidas take place?

5) Miscellaneous

Value Dx Meeting in June
SA would like to attend the value Value-Dx meeting on 9th and 10th of June to interact with them since we have not been very much involved in the project yet. PH could arrive by 7 PM in Brussels on 10th June. @ PH – SA asked to check if you would be fine with his attendance since he would miss the Board meeting.
SK already checked with the organisers, there is no detailed agenda yet.
