1) CTF

Outreach

• GML would like to contact all CTF working group/steering committee members to check with them if they will continue to engage. In case members decline, EAHP’s member associations will be contacted to nominate a new representative. Would you be ok with GML already sending an email to the Steering Committee and CTF WG members to check if they still want to be part of the project?

2) Policy updates

FIP exchanges & next meetings

• FIP Congress – Nomination of speakers and the proposal of sessions for the FIP congress in September 2022. We have until the 1st of March to hand in our suggestions. Should this be added to the BM agenda for January?
• Call for nominations – Bureau Elections 2022: @ AB – did you manage to look into this, including into the information about the number of HPs that are involved in FIP committees?
• Policy Statements for 2022 Council Meeting – at the last policy call you deemed the FIP Statement of Professional Standards on Continuing Professional Development very relevant to engage in. A second one could be the access to medicines statement, but it might have less relevance for us based on the existing papers that is plans to replace. LB agreed with you. Who should be nominated? We have until 17 January.

Information Practical Pharmaceutics nr.3
SA shared information about the revision of the Practical Pharmaceutics (see HERE). SA is also open to hand his position over to a Board member since he was chosen as a representative in the group to strengthen the link between the editorial group and EAHP.

3) Board meeting follow-up & Congress

January Board meeting

• Are there any specific points that should be added to the policy/project agenda for the Board meeting?

President’s guest invitations

• Some options for the president’s guest meetings were put together. Also, the other activities/meetings (e.g. members’ meeting, faculty dinner, etc.) were factored in (see HERE).

Policy priorities

• We need one common position to share with Luca (draft document see HERE). Feedback received so far: AS – likes #2 | PH – likes #3 but could live with #2 + wonders if it is not too contrasty for the print though | AB – does not particularly like any suggestions (we used to have brighter and simpler images) | could live with #1.

EAHP award – collection of nominees

• If you all agree, I would reach out to the Board to launch the collection the nominees via email to AS (deadline 25/1).
