How to register on site at the CCIB

Not had time to register online for the 19th Congress of the EAHP in Barcelona (26-28th March 2014)?

No reason to worry - its possible to register on site!

Below is a handy 3 step guide to help you do so...

STEP 1 - GO TO THE CONGRESS REGISTRATION AREA AT THE CCIB

This is located at the main entrance of the CCIB Convention Centre in Barcelona.

The nearest Metro is El Maresme Fórum on the (Yellow Line, L4).

STEP 2 - GO TO THE CORRECT REGISTRATION LINE

If you have not registered for the Congress in advance, and are able to pay by credit card, head to the ‘self registration desk’.

If you have not registered for the Congress in advance, and are not able to pay by credit card, head to the ‘cash desk’.

If you are already registered (i.e. online) for the Congress as an individual, present your confirmation letter with the bar code to the ‘pre-registration desk’,

Group registrations are handled at the ‘group registration desk’.  

**Note: If you have name changes or need to add participants, then proceed directly to the cash desk**.

Exhibitor registrations are handled at the ‘exhibitor registration desk’.  

**Note: If you have name changes or need to add participants, then proceed directly to the cash desk**.

VIPs, speakers, corporate partners and members of the press are directed to the ‘VIP/press desk’.

Accommodation queries can be dealt with at the ‘accommodation desk’.

 

STEP 3 – [FOR STUDENTS & PRESS] – PRESENT THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION

Student registration is dependent on proof that the individual is a full time undergraduate student of pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences. For this, we request an official document, signed and stamped by your university certifying this is the case, including the month/year that you started your courses.
